“INCLUSIVE DESIGN - OPPORTUNITIES FOR ALL”
Dear colleagues, thank you for your attention to the Conference. We will be glad to
see you among the participants.
RTU MIREA is the representative of Russia in the international organization
"World Design Organization", which promotes the development and promotion of
industrial design, its ability to create better products, systems, and through this a
better environment and society.
Within the framework of the conference, the University provides a platform for
exchanging opinions and establishing direct contacts to resolve topical issues in
order to implement the principle of "Leaving no one unattended".
The problems of inclusion and assistive technologies are currently demanding
more and more attention around the world. The 3rd World Design Assembly
Tokyo 2023 was held under the general theme "Design Beyond", and also
addressed issues related to modern industrial design, human-centered design,
machine learning, and environmental design aimed at creating an accessible
environment.
Representatives of the Ministry of Education and Science of Russia,
the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Russia, the Ministry of Health of Russia,
the Department of Social Security of Moscow, the Moscow Technical School will
be invited to participate.

The following sections are planned:
1. Accessible environment and principles of inclusive design.
2. Industrial design in various industries focused on creating an accessible
environment.
3. Education and training in the field of inclusive design.
4. Communicative semiotics of inclusive design. Language tools for creating
an accessible environment.
5. Poster session. “Design as seen by the young”.
The conference will be attended by scientists, specialists and representatives
of the business community.
It will also be possible to hold the exhibition “Science. Integration.
Opportunities” for enterprises and organizations working in the field of inclusive
design if needed and agreed upon.
Participation in the conference with scientific reports, poster presentations
and as attendees is free of charge.
